SideWorks Templates Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Dmitry Skornyakov, an individual based in Cyprus who operates SideWorks Templates under the SideWorks brand ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the product, you agree to these terms.

The service

SideWorks Templates provides one template library for storing, finding, editing, and inserting reusable plain-text email replies across the Chrome extension and Gmail add-on.

Your account and content

You are responsible for access to your Google account and for the templates you create. You keep ownership of your template content. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate and secure the service.

Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, or abuse Gmail, Google services, or other users.

Backups and deletion

You can export the library from the Chrome extension. You are responsible for safely storing any backup you want to keep. Account deletion permanently removes the account, template library, and its technical history after the confirmation flow completes. A backup you save remains under your control.

Availability and changes

The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, or events outside our control. We may change or discontinue features, but we will not intentionally use a product change to bypass the privacy commitments made to you.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service, sign out, uninstall the clients, or delete the account. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to misuse or a security risk.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
